The timeline depends on your individual project. But, all of our projects begin with a discovery phase where we learn about all of your needs and objectives. Once we understand that, we'll put together a detailed budget and scope of work which will include an estimated timeline. Keep in mind that there is no cost to get to this point. All time spent learning about your project and creating your project plan is ALWAYS FREE.
Once the timeline is established, we'll work closely with you to ensure scope creep is kept to a minimum. And even if scope does need to change, we'll be up front about how it will affect the budget and timeline.

When the project starts, you'll be assigned a Client Liaison. This Client Liaison will be your primary point of contact throughout your entire relationship with us. You'll likely have contact with our design team, development team, and others along the way, but your Client Liaison is your primary point of contact.
In addition, when a project kicks off, an online Project Board is created where you can track all of the progress on each item along with hours associated. This ensures you're never in the dark about what's happening, what's next, and how much time is left in each section.

Yes. Our development process ensures that your app is available in the Apple and Google Play stores. In addition, your app will be optimized for the various device/screen sizes available on each platform.
Depending on your specific needs, it may make sense to keep a 100% consistent design across all devices, or it may make sense to create small adjustments to differentiate the Apple and Android versions to provide experiences that are more intuitive and familiar to each of those user bases. Either way, this will be a decision we make collaboratively with you once we understand more about your needs.
